Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cauliflower use florets or cut cauliflower head into florets
  • ¼ cup onion wash, peel and chop
  • 1 tsp garlic wash, peel and mince
  • 2 cups chicken bone broth w/o added sugar, read your lables
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or canned coconut milk
  • OPTIONAL PROTEIN + ELECTROLYTE BOOST add 1T collagen protein and 1/2 mineral tablet.
  • OPTIONAL GARNISH top with minced chives
  • 2 cups cauliflower use florets or cut cauliflower head into florets

Instructions
 

  • Wash produce. If using cauliflower head cut cauliflower into florets. Peel and chop onion. Peel and mince garlic clove[s].
  • Add cauliflower, onion, garlic, 1-1/2 cups chicken broth to medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 5 to 10 minutes until cauliflower is just tender.
  • Carefully transfer cooked soup to blender with cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • PROTEIN + ELECTROLYTE BOOST OPTIONAL - add 1T pure collagen protein + 1/2 mineral tablet to blender. Blend on low just until mixed.
  • Serve in a bowl hot off the stove or sip from a mug.
  • OPTIONAL GARNISH - if serving soup in a bowl top with chopped chives as garnish.
  • Or transfer soup to 16-ounce glass bottle or jar. Add up to 1/2 cup more broth to fill.
  • Store soup in refrigerator. Soup may be sipped cold. Use or freeze within 4 days. If freezing in 16 oz. glass container reduce amount to about 14 oz. so glass does not break in freezer.
  • Double recipe ingredients 2x for 2-day cleanse or 3x for 3-day cleanse. Or choose any other Skinny 5 Soup Cleanse recipe for day 2 and day 3.
