- 2 medium zucchini or 12 oz. pkg. frozen spiralized zucchin

Instructions
- Wash zucchini and trim ends. Using a spiralizer, spiral zucchini into noodles or zoodles using thin blade. Don't have a spiralizer? No worries, simply cut zucchini into small pieces, as pictured.
- Gently warm one tablespoon extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add zucchini noodles or zoodles and cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. If substituting zucchini pieces for the zoodles, cook until lightly browned, about 5 to 10 minutes.
