- 3 cups watermelon plus its juice
- 1 lemon fresh-squeezed

Instructions
- Add watermelon to a blender along with fresh-squeezed juice of one lemon. Blend until smooth, adding a bit of water if needed to help mix.
- Pour mixture into stainless steel or BPA-free Popsicle molds. Insert sticks and freeze until solid. Release frozen popsicles from mold and enjoy!
