Ingredients

- 1/2 lb 93% extra lean ground turkey or use extra lean ground chicken or beef if not on Jump Start Plan
Fresh Vegetables
- 1/4 cup onion about 1/4 of an onion
- 1/2 - 5 oz container baby spinach
- 1 clove garlic peeled and pressed or minced
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 1 tsp no-salt seasoning like Mrs. Dash or Kirkland Brand

Instructions
- Mince onions in a mini chopper or finely mince by hand. Add to large bowl. Peel and press or minced garlic. Add to bowl along with no-salt seasoning, spinach, and ground turkey. With clean hands, mix together, working spinach leaves into the meat.
- Lightly spray a large skillet or frying pan with propellant-free spray oil {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil}. Warm gently over medium heat. Form meat and spinach mixture into 6 to 8 small patties and place in pan. Increase heat to medium-high.
- Cook turkey spinach sliders until lightly browned, about 5 minutes on each side, making sure turkey is cooked through. Optional--serve with Dijon mustard without added sugar like Maille brand.
