- 1/2 lb thick sliced organic or all-natural deli turkey breast or use leftover turkey breast, sliced
Fresh Vegetables
- 2 - 5 oz containers salad greens of choice like Spring mix, arugula, baby spinach, etc. Organic Girl Super Greens is a favorite.
- 3 or more low-cal veggies of choice radishes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, celery, mushrooms, asparagus, etc.

Instructions
- Wash salad greens, add to salad spinner to remove excess water, and divide between 2 pasta bowls. Wash and slice low calorie vegetables of choice. Arrange vegetables and turkey slices as pictured. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve each power bowl with 3 tablespoons Skinny5 reduced calorie salad dressing or any other Skinny5 reduced calorie dressing of choice. Calories in nutritional label below do not include salad dressing.
- Skinny5 Reduced Balsamic Salad Dressing - in a large jar with a tight fitting lid, add 1 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, juice of 2 large lemons fresh-squeezed, 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard {w/o added sugar like Maille brand}, 60 drops Stevia liquid 5-6 small packets Stevia powder. Shake well. If dressing is not sweet enough, add more Stevia, to taste. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste.
