- 1/2 lb 93% extra lean ground turkey or use ground chicken or beef if not doing Jump Start Plan

- 1/2 cup shreddpepper jack or cheddar cheese, shreddeded reduced-fat cheddar or Mexican cheese or use reduced-fat Pepper Jack chese
Canned - Jarred
- 1 cup all-natural salsa or picante sauce w/o added sugar or oil, more or less, to taste
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 2 tbsp Skinny5 Taco - Fajita Seasoning recipe link follows
Fresh Vegetables
- 2 - 5 oz containers arugula or other salad greens of choice

Instructions
- Lightly spray a frying pan or skillet with propellant-free cooking oil spray {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil}. Warm pan over medium-high heat. Add meat. Sprinkle both sides of meat with Skinny5 mild taco seasoning. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat.
- In the meantime, if cheese is not shredded, grate cheese. Wash arugula or salad greens of choice. Add to a salad spinner to remove excess water. Add to 2 pasta bowls or dinner plates. Top each bed of greens with half of cooked meat. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese and top with 1/2 cup salsa or picante sauce.
- Skinny5 Mild Taco Seasoning - in a small bowl mix the following: 2 tablespoons smoked or sweet paprika, 1-1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1-1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon Ancho Chili Pepper powder {or use regular chili pepper powder which is spicier, adjust according to taste}. Note - makes enough for both Skinny5 recipes on 1 week Jump Start meal plan. Store unused Taco Seasoning in airtight jar.
