Ingredients

- 2 large red bell peppers
- 2 large carrots
Fresh Fruit
- 2 lemon
- 4 cups pineapple or 2-10 oz. bags frozen pineapple, thawed

- 2 inch piece ginger root

Instructions
- Wash all ingredients. If using fresh pineapple, remove skin, core, cut into cubes, and measure 4 cups. If serving juice in pineapple "cups" as pictured, start with 2 mini pineapples. Slice off tops and carefully remove pineapple with knife, leaving outside of pineapple intact. If using frozen pineapple, thaw.
- Peel carrots, cut off ends and discard. Cut in two inch piece. Peel lemon. Cut away excess lemon pith and discard. Slice lemon in half. Remove stem, seeds, and membranes from bell pepper. Peel and chop ginger.
- Run all ingredients through juicer. Divide among 2 glasses or add to pineapple "cups."
