Protein Powder
- 4 tbsp unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type about 1/2 cup
Frozen Fruits
- 2 cups strawberries about one 10 ounce bag
Canned - Jarred
- 1/4 cup clean coconut milk like Thai Kitchen 2 simple ingredients or 1 cup clean almond or cashew milk a 50 cals/cup or less
OR
- 2 tbsp clean coconut cream like Marion's Kitchen brand or 1 cup clean almond or cashew milk a 50 cals/cup or less
Sweeteners
- 6 to 10 drops 100% pure Stevia liquid more or less, to taste

Instructions
- Add frozen strawberries, clean coconut cream or coconut milk, and 2 cups water to blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add protein powder and blend on low just long enough to mix.
- Optional - mix in 100% pure Stevia liquid.
