- 12 oz pkg frozen broccoli florets or 1 lrg head fresh broccoli about 4 cups florets

Instructions
- If using fresh broccoli cut out stem and leaves. Cut broccoli into florets.
- Add a steamer basket to a large pot. Add water to pot up to the bottom of steamer basket. Place fresh or frozen broccoli florets on steamer basket.
- Cover pot and cook over high heat until broccoli is tender, about 3 to 8 minutes, taking care not to overcook so broccoli does not loose it's color.
- Note - add more water during cooking if needed.
