Ingredients
Canned - Jarred
- 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut cream like Marion's Kitchen brand or other clean coconut cream
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type
Sweeteners
- 10 drops 100% pure Stevia liquid more or less, to taste
Optional
- add a dash of ground cinnamon to each serving

Instructions
- Add 2 cups water to large pyrex measuring cup or similar container. Heat to boiling in microwave.
- Whisk in coconut cream, cocoa or cacao powder, and protein powder. Divide Whisk in cacao powder Add nuts and water to a blender cup and blend until smooth. Return to pan, add pure vanilla extract, and warm over low heat.
- Once warm, remove pan from stove and stir in raw cacao powder and protein powder. If using real vanilla bean, scrape seeds from pod and add to liquid. Add 10 drops Stevia and mix well.
- Pour hot cacao into two mugs. Optional - add a dash of ground cinnamon to each serving.
- Note - if cacao isn't sweet enough, add more Stevia, to taste.
