- 2 - 5 oz containers arugula
Fresh Fruits
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup strawberries sliced

Instructions
- Wash arugula, add to salad spinner to remove excess water and divide between two dinner plates.
- Wash berries. Slice strawberries. Arrange half of the berries on each bed of arugula.
- Optional - serve with 4 tablespoons or 1/4 cup Skinny5 Champagne Vinaigrette. Recipe link follows.
- Skinny5 Champagne Vinaigrette - in a large jar with a tight fitting lid, mix 1/2 cup champagne vinegar or apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard w/o added sugar like Maille brand, juice of 1 large lemons, and 20 drops 100% pure Stevia liquid. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste. Add lid and shake well to mix. If dressing is not sweet enough, add more Stevia drops, to taste.
