  2. *Note - MILD chili use 1/4 teaspoon cayenne or chipotle pepper powder, MEDIUM chili use 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or chipotle pepper powder, CALIENTE use 1 teaspoon, or more cayenne or chipotle pepper powder.
