Ingredients
- 2 tbsp smoked or sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne or chipotle pepper powder, *see note *note use 1/2 tsp for medium heat and 1 tsp for caliente

Instructions
- Mix all spices in a small bowl. Makes enough for one pot of chili for two or two servings. Recipe link follows.
- *Note - MILD chili use 1/4 teaspoon cayenne or chipotle pepper powder, MEDIUM chili use 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or chipotle pepper powder, CALIENTE use 1 teaspoon, or more cayenne or chipotle pepper powder.
