Ingredients
Meat
- 1/2 lb wild caught shrimp, peeled fresh or frozen without shell
Frozen Vegetables
- 12 oz bag tri-color or 3 pepper & onion blend
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Skinny5 Taco - Fajita Seasoning recipe link follows
Fresh Vegetables
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic peeled and pressed or minced
Fresh Fruits
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon[s]
Optional
- serve on Romaine lettuce leaves in place of tortillas
- serve with all-natural picante sauce or fresh salsa w/o added sugar

Instructions
- If using, cut end off Romaine lettuce bunch. Separate leaves and wash well. Add to a salad spinner and spin to remove excess water. Add to a bowl or decorative plate and set aside.
- Peel and press or mince garlic. Lightly spray a large frying pan or skillet with propellant-free cooking oil {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil} and warm over medium high heat.
- Add fresh or frozen shrimp to pan. Sprinkle with taco - fajita seasoning. Add frozen vegetables and cook until shrimp is done and vegetables are tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Optional - serve shrimp fajitas on Romaine lettuce "tortillas" and top with picante sauce or fresh salsa. Goes well with Taco Spiced "Riced" cauliflower. Recipe link follows.
