- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper

- 1 lime fresh-squeezed, about 2 tbsp juice

- 1 clove garlic

Instructions
- For chunky salsa - chop all vegetables and mix with fresh squeezed lime juice and peeled and pressed or minced garlic. For smooth salsa add all ingredients to food processor. Pulse until mixed. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Note - jalapeno seeds and membranes add heat. Discard for milder salsa.
- Optional - serve with sliced cucumber or other low calorie vegetables of choice.
