Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash fresh Brussels sprouts, cut off ends. Slice fresh or frozen Brussels sprouts in half. Place cut side down in a single layer on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet.
  2. Spray Brussels sprouts lightly with propellant-free cooking oil spray {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil} and sprinkle with half of the onion and garlic powder. If using, sprinkle with salt and frsh ground black pepper, to taste.
  3. Turn Brussels spouts over and lightly spray with cooking oil. Sprinkle with remaining onion and garlic powder. If using, sprinkle with salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste.
  4. Roast Brussels sprouts in oven for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned on one side. Remove from oven. Turn Brussels sprouts over using a fork or mini tongs. Return to oven and continue cooking 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
