- 12 oz bag fresh or frozen Brussels sprouts

- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash fresh Brussels sprouts, cut off ends. Slice fresh or frozen Brussels sprouts in half. Place cut side down in a single layer on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet.
- Spray Brussels sprouts lightly with propellant-free cooking oil spray {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil} and sprinkle with half of the onion and garlic powder. If using, sprinkle with salt and frsh ground black pepper, to taste.
- Turn Brussels spouts over and lightly spray with cooking oil. Sprinkle with remaining onion and garlic powder. If using, sprinkle with salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste.
- Roast Brussels sprouts in oven for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned on one side. Remove from oven. Turn Brussels sprouts over using a fork or mini tongs. Return to oven and continue cooking 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
