Ingredients

- 1-1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard w/o added sugar like Maille brand
Oils
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Fresh Fruits
- 3 large lemons
Sweeteners
- 6 to 8 dropperfuls 100% pure Stevia liquid start with 6, add more, to taste
Optional
- 3 cloves garlic minced or pressed

Instructions
- Start with 6 droppers of Stevia and add to a large jar with all other ingredients. Shake well. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Optional - if using, peel and press or mince garlic cloves and add to jar before shaking.
- If dressing is not sweet enough, add more Stevia, to taste.
- Note - this recipe makes enough reduced-calorie salad dressing for the Losing It meal plan for one week.
