Reduced-calorie Balsamic Dressing
Stay on track with easy to make reduced-calorie Skinny5 Balsamic Salad Dressing. Bottled salad dressings most often contain sugar and unhealthy oils. There are a few new Keto and Paleo brands available but they're too high calorie and too high in fat for Jump Start.

- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard w/o added sugar like Maille brand
Oils
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Fresh Fruits
- 2 large lemons
Sweeteners
- 4 to 6 dropperfuls 100% pure Stevia liquid start with 4, add more, to taste
Optional
- 2 cloves garlic minced or pressed

Instructions
- Add 4 droppers of Stevia along with all ingredients to a large jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Optional, if using add peeled and pressed or minced garlic cloves to jar before shaking.
- If dressing is not sweet enough, add more Stevia to taste.
- Note - this recipe makes enough reduced-calorie salad dressing for the Jump Start meal plan for one week.
