- 2 cups cranberries or 10 oz. bag frozen cranberries
- 2 cups raspberries or 10 oz. bag frozen raspberries

- 2 inch piece fresh ginger root

Instructions
- Scrub beets, remove ends, and discard. Cut beets into pieces. Wash cranberries and raspberries. If using frozen berries, thaw before using. Wash, peel, and chop ginger. Run all ingredients through juicer.
- Divide juice among two glasses and serve. Optional - serve over ice or add to glass bottles or jars with tight fitting lids and chill before serving.
