Instructions
- Enjoy 2 tablespoons raw, unsalted nuts or seeds or half of 1/4 cup, as a protein snack. Limit to 2 protein snacks per day during Jump Start.
- Choose from raw, unsalted nuts like: almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts.
- Choose from raw, unsalted seeds like: pumpkin, sunflower
- Other seeds: chia, hemp hearts, or ground flax in Skinny5 recipes like smoothies, chia seed lemonade, or salads. Enjoy 1 tablespoon as a protein snack.
