Ingredients
Frozen Fruit
- 2 - 10 oz bags frozen raspberries about 4 cups
Dairy
- 2 cups non-fat plain yogurt {regular not Greek} like Nancy's or Stonyfield Farms brand. Note - Greek yogurt is too thick to mix, if using add a bit of water
Pure Multi Collagen Protein non-gelling type
- 8 heaping tbsp unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type Healthy Body Organics brand is a favorite
Fresh Fruits
- 1 large banana with a green tip bananas with a green tip are a bit under ripe and have less sugar. Over ripe bananas not recommended for weight loss.
Fresh Herbs - Spices
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger root about a 2" piece, peeled and chopped

Instructions
- IMPORTANT - do not add multi collagen protein powder at the start of blending.
- Chop and peel ginger. Add to a high powered blender like a VitaMix, Ninja, or NurtiBullet along with frozen fruit, yogurt, and peeled banana. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- If mixture is too thick or if using Greek yogurt, add a little bit of water to help blend.
- Add multi collagen protein powder to blender and blend on low just long enough to mix.
- Too cold for a smoothie? Mix 8 tablespoons protein powder and 10 drops pure Stevia liquid or 1 small Stevia packet with yogurt. If not sweet enough, add more Stevia, to taste. Divide between 2 bowls and top each serving with 2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed or 6 oz. package fresh raspberries. Or choose another Skinny5 Jump Start breakfast.
