Instructions
  1. IMPORTANT - do not add multi collagen protein powder at the start of blending.
  2. Chop and peel ginger. Add to a high powered blender like a VitaMix, Ninja, or NurtiBullet along with frozen fruit, yogurt, and peeled banana. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. If mixture is too thick or if using Greek yogurt, add a little bit of water to help blend.
  4. Add multi collagen protein powder to blender and blend on low just long enough to mix.
  5. Too cold for a smoothie? Mix 8 tablespoons protein powder and 10 drops pure Stevia liquid or 1 small Stevia packet with yogurt. If not sweet enough, add more Stevia, to taste. Divide between 2 bowls and top each serving with 2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed or 6 oz. package fresh raspberries. Or choose another Skinny5 Jump Start breakfast.
