- 2 inch piece ginger root

Instructions
- Wash all ingredients. Peel cucumbers {to achieve pink blush color} and cut into 2" pieces. Peel ginger root and chop. Cut grapefruits in half and peel. Optional - cut a slice of grapefruit, cut in half, and reserve as garnish. Cut away excess pith and discard. Divide grapefruits into sections.
- Run all ingredients through juicer. Divide into two glasses and serve. Optional Garnish - garnish with grapefruit slices and fresh sprigs of rosemary. Optional - serve over ice or pour into glass bottles or jars with tight fitting lid and refrigerate until chilled.
