- 2 banana[s] with a green tip
Frozen Fruit
- 2 - 10 ounce packages pineapple
Canned - Jarred
- 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk try a clean brand like Thai Kitchen 2 Simple Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened macadamia nut butter or other nut butter w/o added oil like cashew or almond
Pure Multi Collagen Protein non-gelling type
- 1 cup unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type

Instructions
- Peel bananas and add to blender along with frozen pineapple, coconut milk, and nut butter. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add pure collagen protein {non-gel type} and blend on low until mixed well. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
