Instructions
  1. IMPORTANT - do not add multi collagen protein powder at the start of blending.
  2. Add 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk or 2/3 cup lite coconut milk to a 2 cup capacity measuring cup. Add enough water to make 2 cups. Pour into a high powered blender like a VitaMix, Ninja, or NurtiBullet.
  3. Chop and peel ginger. Add to blender along with frozen peaches and nut butter of choice. Try Artisana brand walnut, pecan, cashew, or almond butter. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add multi collagen protein powder to blender and blend on low just long enough to mix.
