Frozen Fruit
  • 2 - 10 oz packages frozen peaches or 4 cups fresh peach slices
Nuts - Seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped raw nuts: almonds, Brazil, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, walnut
Dried Herbs - Spices
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice more or less, to taste
Sweeteners
  • 10 drops 100% pure Stevia liquid w/o added alcohol or fillers. Powdered Stevia contains fillers like dextrose and sugar alcohols.

Instructions
  1. If using frozen peaches thaw. Chop peaches, add to small bowl, mix in Stevia, and set aside.
  2. Chop raw nuts of choice. Optional mix with ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.
  3. Add yogurt to a clear glass and top with peaches and chopped nuts. Optional - layer yogurt and fruit to create a parfait. Add chopped nuts to top and serve.
