Instructions
  1. Thaw fish is using frozen.
  2. Optional - sprinkle fish with fresh or dried herbs of choice like dill weed, lemon zest, pepper
  3. Juice lime and set aside. Slice lemon and set aside.
  4. Warm coconut oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add fish. Cook about 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover frying pan and continue cooking until fish is cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve pan-grilled fish with fresh lemon slices.
