- 4 oranges or blood oranges or use tangelos, mandarins, tangerines
- 1 lemon or more, to taste

Instructions
- Wash all ingredients. Peel oranges and lemons. Cut away excess pith and discard. Quarter oranges and lemons. Cut off ends of carrots and discard. Optional - peel carrots. Cut carrots into 2" pieces.
- Run all ingredients through juicer. Divide among 2 glasses and serve. Optional - serve over ice or add to glass bottle or jar with tight fitting lid and chill before serving.
