- 4 orange[s] or use tangleos

- 2 bunches spinach

- 1 fennel bulb

Instructions
- Wash all ingredients. Cut oranges in half and peel. Cut away excess pith and discard. Divide orange into sections. Cut off end of fennel bulb and discard. Cut fennel bulb into pieces.
- Run all ingredients through juicer. Divide into 2 glasses and serve. Optional - serve over ice or pour into glass bottles or jars with tight fitting lid and refrigerate until chilled.
