Canned - Jarred
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives or a mix of pitted black and green olives
Fresh Herbs - Spices
- 1 clove garlic peeled and pressed or minced

- 2 teaspoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except tomatoes to the bowl of a small food processor and process until well chopped.
- Wash tomatoes. Slice off tops. Scoop out a bit of the tomato seeds with a melon baller or small spoon. Add olive tapenade and fill each tomato. Arrange on a decorative plate and serve.
- Or add olive tapenade to a small bowl and serve as a dip on a fresh vegetable tray.
