- 1/2 lb 96% extra lean ground beef or use ground chicken or for Jump Start use ground turkeymp Start
Canned - Jarred
- 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes w/o added sugar like Muir Glen brand

- 1/2 cup reduced-fat or 2% milk cheddar or Mexican 4 cheese

Instructions
- Process stewed tomatoes in food processor until tomatoes are chopped. Set aside.
- Lightly spray skillet with propellant-free 100% oil cooking spray oil {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil}. Warm over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and sprinkle with Jump Start Chili Seasoning. Stir until meat is browned.
- Add processed stewed tomatoes and continue cooking about 5 minutes or until tomatoes are warm. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Divide between 2 bowls and sprinkle each with 1/4 cup shredded cheese before serving.
- Skinny5 Chili Seasoning Mix - in a small bowl mix 2 tbsp smoked or sweet paprika, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp cayenne or chipotle pepper powder for MILD chili.
- NOTE - for MEDIUM chili use 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or chipotle pepper powder. For CALIENTE chili use 1 teaspoon, or more cayenne or chipotle pepper powder.
