Instructions
  1. Process stewed tomatoes in food processor until tomatoes are chopped. Set aside.
  2. Lightly spray skillet with propellant-free 100% oil cooking spray oil {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil}. Warm over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and sprinkle with Jump Start Chili Seasoning. Stir until meat is browned.
  3. Add processed stewed tomatoes and continue cooking about 5 minutes or until tomatoes are warm. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Divide between 2 bowls and sprinkle each with 1/4 cup shredded cheese before serving.
  5. Skinny5 Chili Seasoning Mix - in a small bowl mix 2 tbsp smoked or sweet paprika, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp cayenne or chipotle pepper powder for MILD chili.
  6. NOTE - for MEDIUM chili use 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or chipotle pepper powder. For CALIENTE chili use 1 teaspoon, or more cayenne or chipotle pepper powder.
