Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash onion and garlic. Chop onion and measure 1/2 cup. Add to a large bowl along with ground beef, picante sauce and no-salt seasoning. Peel and press or mince garlic into bowl. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Line 6 muffin tins with cupcake papers or lightly spray with propellant-free 100% oil cooking oil spray {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil}.
  4. Divide meatloaf mixture evenly between the muffin cup. Press mixture down into the cups with the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until meatloaf is cooked through.
