Ingredients
Meat - Seafood
- 1/2 lb 96% extra lean ground beef or use ground chicken
Canned - Jarred
- 1/2 cup all-natural picante sauce without added sugar or oil
Fresh Vegetables
- 1/2 cup onion chopped, about 1 medium onion
Fresh Herbs - Spices
- 2 cloves garlic
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 1 tbsp no-salt seasoning like Mrs. Dash or Kirkland Brand

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash onion and garlic. Chop onion and measure 1/2 cup. Add to a large bowl along with ground beef, picante sauce and no-salt seasoning. Peel and press or mince garlic into bowl. Mix all ingredients well.
- Line 6 muffin tins with cupcake papers or lightly spray with propellant-free 100% oil cooking oil spray {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil}.
- Divide meatloaf mixture evenly between the muffin cup. Press mixture down into the cups with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until meatloaf is cooked through.
