  • 1-1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Ancho Chili Pepper powder, more or less, to taste regular chili powder is spicier, if using, adjust amount accordingly, to tasteto taste

Instructions
  1. Mix all spices together in a small bowl.
  2. Use 3-1/2 tablespoons per recipe. Save the other half for the other Skinny5 recipe in the 1 week Jump Start meal plan.
  3. Store unused taco seasoning mix in a small spice jar with a tight fitting lid.
  4. Note - regular chili pepper powder is spicier, if using, adjust amount accordingly, to taste.
