Instructions
  1. Wash all ingredients. Cut off ends of beets and discard. Peel cucumbers for best color. Cut beets and cucumbers into 2" pieces. Peel grapefruits. Cut away excess pith and discard. Divide grapefruits into sections.
  2. Run all ingredients through blender. Divide among 2 glasses and serve. Optional - serve over ice or pour juice into glass bottles or jars with tight fitting lid and refrigerate until chilled.
