Ingredients
Fresh Vegetables
- 2 heads baby Romaine or 1 head Butter or Bibb lettuce
- low-cal veggies of choice like carrots, red cabbage, red bell pepper, cucumber, radish, etc.
Optional
- serve with all-natural picante sauce, salsa fresca, or coconut aminos

Instructions
- Cut ends off heads of lettuce and discard. Separate and wash lettuce leaves. Add to a salad spinner to remove excess water. Set aside.
- Julienne your choice of low-calorie vegetables. Choose from: carrots, red cabbage, red bell pepper, cucumber, radish, etc. Refer to our low-calorie vegetable list in our free Jump Start guide for more choices.
- Add julienne vegetables to lettuce leaves. If using, add salt and pepper. Optional--top with all-natural picante sauce, salsa fresca, or coconut aminos.
- Note - salt and coconut aminos not recommended if you're watching the scale.
