- 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt about one 7 oz. container
Oils
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
Condiments
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard w/o added sugar like Maille brand
Sweeteners
- 10 drops 100% pure Stevia liquid w/o added alcohol or fillers. Powdered Stevia contains fillers like dextrose and sugar alcohols.

Instructions
- Add yogurt to a small bowl.
- Whisk in avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and Stevia drops.
- Refrigerate unused mock mayonnaise in airtight container and use by expiration date on yogurt container.
