Lemon Pepper White Fish

Ingredients
Fish - Seafood
- 1/2 lb fresh or frozen white fish: halibut, pollock, haddock, sea bass, swordfish, trout
Fresh Fruits
- 1 large lemon
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper powder more or less, to taste, for spicier or milder flavor

Instructions
- If using frozen fish, thaw according to package directions.
- Wash lemon and cut into wedges. Set aside.
- Mix spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle fish with seasoning on both sides.
- Lightly spray frying pan or skillet with propellant-free 100% oil cooking oil spray {avocado, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil} and warm over medium heat.
- Add fish fillets to pan and cook about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Using a spatula, turn fish over and continue cooking about 3 to 5 minutes longer or until fish is cooked through.
- Note - very thick fillets of fish take longer to cook.
- Serve with lemon wedges and side dish of choice.
