Instructions
  1. If using frozen fish, thaw according to package directions.
  2. Wash lemon and cut into wedges. Set aside.
  3. Mix spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle fish with seasoning on both sides.
  4. Lightly spray frying pan or skillet with propellant-free 100% oil cooking oil spray {avocado, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil} and warm over medium heat.
  5. Add fish fillets to pan and cook about 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Using a spatula, turn fish over and continue cooking about 3 to 5 minutes longer or until fish is cooked through.
  7. Note - very thick fillets of fish take longer to cook.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and side dish of choice.
