Instructions
  1. IMPORTANT - do not add multi collagen protein powder at the start of blending.
  2. Add coconut milk to a 2 cup capacity measuring cup. Use 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk or 2/3 cup lite coconut milk. Add enough water to make 2 cups. Set aside.
  3. Chop and peel ginger. Add to a high powered blender like a VitaMix, Ninja, or NurtiBullet along with frozen fruit, spinach, and coconut milk. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Add multi collagen protein powder to blender and blend on low just long enough to mix.
