- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk or 2/3 cup lite coconut milk - clean brand like Thai Kitchen 2 Simple Ingredients
Pure Multi Collagen Protein non-gelling type
- 8 heaping tbsp unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type Healthy Body Organics brand is a favorite
Fresh Herbs - Spices
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger root about a 2" piece, peeled and chopped
Fresh Vegetables
- 5 oz container baby spinach about 6 cups

Instructions
- IMPORTANT - do not add multi collagen protein powder at the start of blending.
- Add coconut milk to a 2 cup capacity measuring cup. Use 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk or 2/3 cup lite coconut milk. Add enough water to make 2 cups. Set aside.
- Chop and peel ginger. Add to a high powered blender like a VitaMix, Ninja, or NurtiBullet along with frozen fruit, spinach, and coconut milk. Blend on high until smooth.
- Add multi collagen protein powder to blender and blend on low just long enough to mix.
