- 2 bunches curly or dino kale
- 2 English or regular cucumber[s]
Fresh Fruit
- 2 Granny Smith apple[s]
- 2 lemon[s]

- 2 inch piece fresh ginger root

Instructions
- Wash all ingredients. Peel and chop ginger. Slice lemon in half, remove peel, and cut away excess membrane. Quarter apples and remove stem and core. Cut off ends of cucumbers and discard. Cut up cucumber, skin on.
- Run all ingredients through a juicer and divided evenly between 2 glasses. Optional - serve over ice or add juice to a glass bottle or jar with a tight fitting lid and chill before serving.
