Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 275ºF.
  2. Wash kale. Using scissors or sharp knife remove ribs and stems. Cut or tear kale into pieces and to a large bowl.
  3. Mix kale with oil, nutritional yeast, and spices of choice. Optional - add salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Transfer kale to a wire cooling rack placed on top of a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and turn kale over with tongs. Return to oven and continue baking 5 to 10 minutes or until kale chips are crisp.
  6. Cool before serving.
