Ingredients
Fresh Vegetables
- 1 large bunch curly or dino kale
Oils
- 2 tablespoons avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- variety of spices of choice choose from Ancho chili powder, smoked paprika garlic powder, onion powder, curry, Italian, etc.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275ºF.
- Wash kale. Using scissors or sharp knife remove ribs and stems. Cut or tear kale into pieces and to a large bowl.
- Mix kale with oil, nutritional yeast, and spices of choice. Optional - add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Transfer kale to a wire cooling rack placed on top of a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and turn kale over with tongs. Return to oven and continue baking 5 to 10 minutes or until kale chips are crisp.
- Cool before serving.
