Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients. For best flavor store in an airtight container in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Form meat mixture into 5 to 6 small sausage patties.
  3. Lightly coat a frying pan or skillet with propellant-free 100% oil cooking oil spray {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil}. Warm over medium-high heat.
  4. Add sausage patties to pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side or until patties are lightly browned and cooked through.
  5. Sausage patties go well with any type of eggs.
