Ingredients

- 1/2 lb 93% extra lean ground turkey
Fresh Herbs - Spices
- 2 cloves garlic
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning with nutmeg like McCormick brand
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes or more, to taste

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients. For best flavor store in an airtight container in refrigerator overnight.
- Form meat mixture into 5 to 6 small sausage patties.
- Lightly coat a frying pan or skillet with propellant-free 100% oil cooking oil spray {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil}. Warm over medium-high heat.
- Add sausage patties to pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side or until patties are lightly browned and cooked through.
- Sausage patties go well with any type of eggs.
