Italian Vinaigrette
Perfect for salads or as a marinade, this Italian Vinaigrette recipe has just 5 ingredients so it's quick and easy to make. Homemade dressings are so much healthier than the store-bought variety. It it contains less oil so it's a reduced calorie dressing that's loaded with flavor.

- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar or use apple cider vinegar
Oils
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Fresh Herbs - Spices
- 1/2 clove garlic more or less, to taste
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Sweeteners
- 100% pure Stevia liquid to taste

Instructions
- Peel and press or mince garlic. Add to a mason jar or other glass jar with a tight fitting lid. Add vinegar, oil, and dried Italian seasoning. Tightly fit lid and shake well to mix.
- Add 100% Stevia liquid, to taste. Note - Stevia liquid does not have an aftertaste like powdered packets.
- Optional - add salt and pepper, to taste. Shake well before serving.
