Ingredients
- 5 oz container salad greens of choice like Spring Mix, arugula, baby spinach, baby kale, etc.
- 4 salad vegetables of choice choose from broccoli, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, carrots, yellow bell pepper, etc.

Instructions
- Wash salad greens of choice. Add to salad spinner to remove excess water. Split greens between 2 salad bowls.
- Wash and prepare salad vegetables of choice. Add half the vegetables to each salad.
- Serve each salad with 1/2 serving or 2 tablespoons Reduced-calorie Balsamic Dressing. Or use 2 tablespoons of any other Skinny5 Reduced-calorie Salad Dressing of choice per salad.
- Reduced-calorie Balsamic Dressing for 1 week of Losing It recipes - add 6 dropper of pure liquid Stevia to a large jar with a tight fitting lid along with 1-1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard without added sugar like Maille brand, and juice from 3 large lemons. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste. Add lid and shake well. If dressing is not sweet enough, add more Stevia, to taste. Optional - add 3 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed or minced.
