Instructions
  1. Mix all spices together in a small bowl. Store unused spice in a small airtight container with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Note - buy small quantities of dried spices from the bulk bins at your natural food store vs. buying a full bottle of each spice.
  3. You can use commercial Greek seasoning from the grocery store, but be sure to read your labels. Make sure it does not contain sugar, starches, or chemicals.
