Instructions
  1. If using uncooked chicken, lightly spray frying pan or skillet with propellant-free 100% oil cooking oil spray and warm over medium-high heat. Add chicken breast and cook about 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool. Slice as pictured.
  2. If using pre-cooked chicken or all-natural or organic deli chicken, slice and set aside.
  3. Wash greens, add to salad spinner to remove excess water and arrange in two pasta bowls.
  4. Wash and prepare salad vegetables of choice.
  5. Arrange chicken and vegetables on each bed of greens as pictured.
  6. Optional serve each salad with 1/4 cup Skinny5 reduced calorie salad dressing of your choice like Reduced-calorie balsamic dressing.
  7. Optional - serve with Skinny5 reduced-calorie salad dressing of choice like reduced calorie Balsamic Dressing. Reduced-calorie Balsamic Dressing for 1 week of Losing It recipes - add 6 dropper of pure liquid Stevia to a large jar with a tight fitting lid along with 1-1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard without added sugar like Maille brand, and juice from 3 large lemons. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste. Add lid and shake well. If dressing is not sweet enough, add more Stevia, to taste. Optional - add 3 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed or minced.
