Ingredients

- 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thick slice of all-natural or organic deli chicken
Fresh Vegetables
- 2 - 5 oz containers salad greens of choice Organic Girl Super Greens is a favorite
- 8 cocktail tomatoes or any other salad vegetable of choice
- 1/2 medium red onion or any other salad vegetable of choice
- 1 cup English or regular cucumber[s] slices or any other salad vegetable of choice
Optional
- serve with Skinny5 reduced-calorie salad dressing

Instructions
- If using uncooked chicken, lightly spray frying pan or skillet with propellant-free 100% oil cooking oil spray and warm over medium-high heat. Add chicken breast and cook about 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool. Slice as pictured.
- If using pre-cooked chicken or all-natural or organic deli chicken, slice and set aside.
- Wash greens, add to salad spinner to remove excess water and arrange in two pasta bowls.
- Wash and prepare salad vegetables of choice.
- Arrange chicken and vegetables on each bed of greens as pictured.
- Optional serve each salad with 1/4 cup Skinny5 reduced calorie salad dressing of your choice like Reduced-calorie balsamic dressing.
