- 1 English or regular cucumber[s]
Fresh Herbs - Spices
- 1 bunch mint leaves
Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type Healthy Body Organics brand is a favorite
Canned - Jarred
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut cream like Marion's Kitchen brand or Skinny5 almond or cashew cream recipe

Instructions
- Wash cucumber and mint. Cut ends off cucumber and discard. Cut cucumber in eighths and add to blender along coconut cream and 1 cup cold water. Remove mint leaves from stems and add to blender. Optional - reserve a few sprigs of mint as garnish. Blend ingredients until smooth. Add 1 cup ice and mix well. Add protein powder and blend on low speed to mix. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
- *Note - one cucumber mint cooler counts as 1 Jump Start protein snack.
