- 4 tbsp unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type Healthy Body Organics brand is a favorite
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 1 tsp cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
Sweeteners
- 10 drops 100% pure Stevia liquid more or less, to taste
Canned - Jarred
- 2 tbsp clean unsweetened coconut cream like Marion's Kitchen brand or 2 cups clean unsweetened almond or cashew milk at 50 cals/cup or less
OR
- 1/4 cup clean unsweetened coconut milk like Thai Kitchen 2 simple ingredients or 2 cups clean unsweetened almond or cashew milk at 50 cals/cup or less

Instructions
- Add clean unsweetened coconut cream or coconut milk to blender along with cocoa or cacao powder, 1 cup water and 1 cup ice. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add protein powder and blend on low until just mixed.
- Mix in Stevia drops.
- If using almond or cashew milk add to blender with cacao or cocoa powder and blend on high. Mix in Stevia. Serve over ice.
