Ingredients
Meat
- 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts 8 ounces, about 1 breast or 2 thin sliced breasts
Frozen Vegetables
- 12 oz bag tri-color or 3 pepper & onion blend
Dried Spices - Seasonings
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Skinny5 Taco - Fajita Seasoning
Fresh Fruits
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lime[s] Jump Start save other 1/2 of lime for tomorrow's side dish
Fresh Herbs - Spices
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic peeled and pressed or minced
Optional
- serve on Romaine lettuce leaves in place of tortillas
- serve wih all-natural picante sauce or fresh salsa w/o added sugar

Instructions
- Cut end off Romaine lettuce bunch. Separate leaves and wash well. Add to a salad spinner to remove excess water. Add to a bowl and set aside.
- Slice chicken in strips. Peel and press or mince garlic. Lightly spray a large frying pan or skillet with propellant-free cooking oil {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil} and warm over medium high heat.
- Add chicken strips and garlic to pan. Sprinkle with taco - fajita seasoning. Cook until lightly browned. Add frozen vegetables and continue cooking until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.
- Optional - serve chicken fajitas on Romaine lettuce "tortillas" and top with picante sauce or fresh salsa.
