Dried Spices - Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Skinny5 Taco - Fajita Seasoning
Fresh Fruits

Fresh Herbs - Spices
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic peeled and pressed or minced

Instructions
  1. Cut end off Romaine lettuce bunch. Separate leaves and wash well. Add to a salad spinner to remove excess water. Add to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Slice chicken in strips. Peel and press or mince garlic. Lightly spray a large frying pan or skillet with propellant-free cooking oil {avocado, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil} and warm over medium high heat.
  3. Add chicken strips and garlic to pan. Sprinkle with taco - fajita seasoning. Cook until lightly browned. Add frozen vegetables and continue cooking until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.
  4. Optional - serve chicken fajitas on Romaine lettuce "tortillas" and top with picante sauce or fresh salsa.
