Ingredients

- 1/2 lb organic or all-natural deli turkey breast or leftover sliced turkey breast
Fresh Vegetables
- 2 - 5 oz containers baby kale or other salad greens of choice
- 6 - 8 large radishes or cocktail tomatoes
- 1 small Hass avocado
Nuts - Seeds
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
Optional Garnish
- thinly sliced red cabbage

Instructions
- Wash baby kale or salad greens of choice, add to a salad spinner to remove excess water, and divide among 2 pasta bowls.
- Wash and quarter radishes or cocktail tomatoes. Arrange in bowls as pictured along with sliced turkey.
- Remove skin and pit from avocado. Slice and add to power bowls as pictured.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds over each bowl.
- Optional Garnish - garnish with thinly sliced red cabbage.

Reduced-calorie Balsamic Dressing for 1 week of Losing It recipes - add 6 dropper of pure liquid Stevia to a large jar with a tight fitting lid along with 1-1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard without added sugar like Maille brand, and juice from 3 large lemons. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste. Add lid and shake well. If dressing is not sweet enough, add more Stevia, to taste. Optional - add 3 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed or minced.
