Instructions
  1. Wash baby kale or salad greens of choice, add to a salad spinner to remove excess water, and divide among 2 pasta bowls.
  2. Wash and quarter radishes or cocktail tomatoes. Arrange in bowls as pictured along with sliced turkey.
  3. Remove skin and pit from avocado. Slice and add to power bowls as pictured.
  4. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds over each bowl.
  5. Optional Garnish - garnish with thinly sliced red cabbage.
  6. Optional serve with Creamy Onion Dressing or Reduced-calorie Balsamic Dressing. Recipe links follow.

Reduced-calorie Balsamic Dressing for 1 week of Losing It recipes - add 6 dropper of pure liquid Stevia to a large jar with a tight fitting lid along with 1-1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard without added sugar like Maille brand, and juice from 3 large lemons. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste. Add lid and shake well. If dressing is not sweet enough, add more Stevia, to taste. Optional - add 3 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed or minced.
