Chia Seed Lemonade

Ingredients
Fresh Fruits
- 2 lemons or Myer's lemons
Sweeteners
- 25 drops 100% pure Stevia liquid more or less, to taste
Nuts - Seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Optional
- 2 droppers liquid minerals like Colloidalife Trace Minerals by Source Naturals
Optional Garnish
- fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- Squeeze lemons and add juice to 16 ounce or larger container. Add water, chia seeds, Stevia, and if using, liquid minerals. Mix well. Let stand until chia seeds absorb liquid and expand.
- Chill before serving or add ice to two glasses and pour half of the lemonade into each glass. Optional - garnish with fresh sprig of mint.
