  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened nut butter w/o added oil like almond, cashew, pecan, walnut, etc.

  • 8 heaping tablespoons unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type

Instructions
  1. Important - do not add collagen protein to blender to start.
  2. Add frozen strawberries and cherries, coconut milk, and nut butter to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. If smoothie is too thick, add a bit of water to help blend.
  4. Add collagen protein powder and blend on low speed until just mixed.
  5. Divide smoothie between two glasses and serve.
