Ingredients
Frozen Fruit
- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen cherries
Jarred - Canned
- 1/3 cup unsweetened full fat coconut milk or 2/3 cup lite coconut milk - clean brand like Thai Kitchen 2 Simple Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened nut butter w/o added oil like almond, cashew, pecan, walnut, etc.
Pure Collagen Protein {non-gel type}
- 8 heaping tablespoons unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type

Instructions
- Important - do not add collagen protein to blender to start.
- Add frozen strawberries and cherries, coconut milk, and nut butter to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- If smoothie is too thick, add a bit of water to help blend.
- Add collagen protein powder and blend on low speed until just mixed.
- Divide smoothie between two glasses and serve.
