Caffeine Free Iced Tea
Red or green rooibos tea is naturally caffeine-free. It taste like Lipton iced tea but with low tannins, it's never bitter. Plus, it's loaded with antioxidants and flavonids.

Instructions
  1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil in a large pot. Remove from heat. Add tea bags or loose leaf tea. If you don't have a tea ball, you can strain loose leaf tea after it brews. Cover pot and steep tea 5 minutes. Remove tea bags or carefully pour tea through a fine mesh sieve into a heat-proof container. Mix in 2 cups cold water.
  2. Add a metal spoon to each drinking glass to absorb heat and prevent glass from cracking. Fill glass with ice. Pour tea over ice. If ice melts, add more ice as needed. Optional sweeten each glass of tea with 3 to 5 drops liquid Stevia and garnish with sliced lemons and sprigs of fresh mint. Store unused tea in refrigerator.
